Vajpayee demands crushing of terror with iron hand

New Delhi, Nov 27 (UNI) Terming last night's terror attacks in Mumbai as a despicable act of anti-India forces, former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee today demanded that the Government should crush the activities with an iron hand.

In a statement, Mr Vajpayee said there was a need to act decisively taking all organisations into confidence. He said it was a conspiracy to break India and no amount of condemnation will be sufficient to denounce this dastardly act.

"I offer my condolences to those who had lost lives in the attack and homage to those who had valiantly fought the anti-India forces," Mr Vajpayee said. He also appealed to the people to maintain calm and peace to defeat the enemy.
