'President condemns Mumbai terror attacks'

Hanoi, Vietnam, Nov 27: President Pratibha Devisingh Patil has strongly condemned the series of terror attacks in Mumbai which took place in the city last night, killing 101 people and injuring 250.

The President has said, such acts are highly condemnable and has urged the people in Mumbai to maintain calm and to cooperate with the authorities at this crucial moment. She expressed confidence that the authorities will bring the situation under control.
