MQM leader Altaf Hussain condemns terrorist attacks in Mumbai
London, Nov.27 : Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) leader Altaf Hussain strongly condemned the terrorist attacks in Mumbai.
In a statement, Hussain expressed his grief and sorrow on brutal killings of dozens of innocent people, including the police personnel. Hussain said that terrorist attacks on different places in Mumbai including hotels and the railway station; the way innocent civilians and police personnel were fired upon and many locals and foreigners have been made hostage is highly deplorable.
He termed this an act as naked terrorism and said that the people of Pakistan and every peace loving person severely condemns these attacks.
Hussain expressed his sorrow and grief to the Indian Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh and the Government of India and the families of those who lost their lives in these terrorists' attacks.
He also prayed for the early recovery of those injured.
