Live bomb detected in Vidhan Bhavan in Mumbai
Mumbai, Nov 27: A live bomb was detected and defused at Vidhan Bhavan in South Mumbai on Thursday, Nov 27, just a few kms away from the Taj Mahal and Trident Hotels, where several people have been held hostage by the terrorists.
The bomb was detected at around 1000 hrs, sources said, adding that one terrorist was arrested near Mazgaon.
A UNI correspondent, who is in the Trident Hotel since morning, said though there were no fresh gunshots or blasts, the commandoes, who had entered the Hotel, are still inside.
Five terrorists have been killed so far. Three of them were killed at Taj Mahal Hotel and the other two at Girgaum Chowpatty.
