Virus free environment for public computer terminals

Chandigarh, Nov 26 ( UNI) Ideacts Innovations, a Mumbai-based internet media company, today anounced the formation of a stragetic alliance with ''Faronics'', a Canada-based market leader in delivering solutions.

The alliance, which would help manage, simplify and secure computing environments announced the launch of its flagship product'' Deep Freeze'', an advanced security system.

Speaking on the occasion, Gurvinder Singh Pahwa, Regional Manager, (operations) of Ideacts said, ''Our alliance with Faronics will enable cyber cafe owners to maintain virus free environment, give the systems immunity against malconfiguration and prevent degradation''.

'Deep Freeze' along with the company's desktop application ''click'' ensures that the computers remain virus free as the riginal settings can be locked against the changes making the system bullet proof against any kind of system malfunction.

It removes any changes made to a protected computer upon reboot.

Once this system is installed on computer, any changes made after that either accidental or malicious, are never permanent.
