Salem: File your electoral forms by Dec 2

Salem, Nov 26: Last date for submitting forms for including, deletion, correction and change of address in photo electoral rolls is extended to Dec 2.

Filled-in forms will be collected at all polling stations and electoral registration offices in the district. Those who are above 18 years as on January 1, 2009 are eligible. Forms should be submitted by the applicant himself or through one of his/her family members. The designated polling stations would function from 10 am to 5 pm. All polling stations had sufficient stock of forms.
