Kerala to constitute Administrative Tribunal
Thiruvananthapuram, Nov 26 (UNI) The Kerala government has decided to constitute an Administrative Tribunal to deal with the government servants' problems in the service sector in the state, Chief Minister V S Achuthanandan said today.
Briefing about weekly Cabinet decisions to newspersons here, he said the Tribunal would be on the lines of the Central Administrative Tribunal and the Cabinet had given its approval to take necessary steps in this regard.
Mr Achuthanandan said he headquarters of the Tribunal would be in the Capital city.
It was a long standing demand of the service organisations to constitute the Administrative Tribunal, he added.
