Incriminating material found on laptops of Malegaon accused

Mumbai, Nov 26 (UNI) The Deputy Commissioner of Police, Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS), Dilip Srirao today said that during their investigations in the September 29 Malegaon blast case, they had seized one laptop each from the accused, Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur and suspended Lt Col Prasad Purohit, and two from another accused Dayanand Pandey.

Mr Srirao, addressing mediapersons here, said that they had found incriminating material from the laptops and wanted to investigate the material.

Mr Srirao also denied allegation that they had used force to coerce the accused to give confessional statements.

He refused to comment on the Sadhvi's allegation that she was threatened to be stripped and beaten, if she did not give the confessional statement.
