DTH network to be increased in tribal areas in HP

Shimla, Nov 26 (UNI) The Himachal Pradesh Government would increase the DTH network in far flung and tribal areas of the state.

Information and Public Relations department Director J R Katwal, while reviewing the progress of the department here today, directed the field officers to complete the process of installation of DTH on priority in basis to strengthen communication network in the far flung areas.

He said that this would go a long way in disseminating the information regarding various welfare schemes to the people in the remotest corner of the state.
