Air India cuts transaction fee, tickets get cheaper
Bangalore, Nov 26: State-owned aviation major Air India on Tuesday, Nov 25 decided to withdraw transaction fee for tickets sold through its booking offices, website and Call Centres paving the way for cheaper tickets from Wednesday, Nov 26.
The transaction fee ranged from Rs 350 for domestic economy class ticket to Rs 10,000 for first class ticket for Europe and the US, an Air India release said here.
