Habeas corpus petition filed against Maharashtra ATS

Indore, Nov 25 (UNI) A habeas corpus petition has been filed before the Madhya Pradesh High Court's Indore bench alleging that Dilip Patidar had been picked up by the Maharashtra Anti Terrorism Squad (ATS) but not presented before court.

The petition was filed by Dilip's brother Ramswaroop Patidar. His counsel Deepak Rawal said the Maharashtra ATS had picked up Dilip on October 10 but did not present him before court.

Dilip was a tenant of Ramji - whom the Maharashtra ATS was searching in connection with Malegaon bomb blast.
