Adivasi Gothra Maha Sabha to launch second phase stir
Kannur, Nov 25 (UNI) The Adivasi Gothra Maha Sabha will organise a state-level ''Adivasi Sangamam'' before the State Secretariat at Thiruvananthapuram on December 18 as its second phase stir to protest the delay of settling the Aaralam farm issue.
Tribal leader C K Janu told newspersons here today that SC/ST Commission chairman, B D Sharma would inaugurate the sangamam.
Organisations representing tribals were holding an agitation before the Secretariat, demanding rehabilitation of tribals in the Aaralam farm and withdrawl of all police cases against them for various struggles for land.
