Shramjivi blast case hearing on Dec 3
Jaunpur, Nov 24 (UNI) A local court today fixed December 3 as next hearing into the Patna-New Delhi Shramjivi Express bomb blast case.
The July 28, 2005 blast near Halpalganj-Singramau railway station in the district had killed at least 14 people and grievously wounded 90 others.
Accused Obaid-ur-Rehman, Hilal-ud-din and Nafikul appeared before Additional District and Sessions Judge (III) Rajendra Chandra under tight security.
The court recorded the testimony of Government Railway Police (GRP) sleuth Rajaram Shastri and fixed December 3 for cross questioning, which could not took place due to some reasons today.
The judicial custody of the accused have been extended till then.
