Gold crosses 13K, closes at Rs 13,135

Mumbai, Nov 24 (UNI) Gold today crossed 13K-mark to end at a five- week high of Rs 13,135 per ten gm, up by Rs 140, on speculative demand and encouraging global advices, traders at the Bombay Bullion Association said.

Silver also surged by Rs 325 per kg at Rs 17,100.
