Court issues fresh warrants against Delhi blast accused
New Delhi, Nov 24 (UNI) A local court today issued fresh production warrant against five people accused in the September 13 Delhi blasts and directed the Gujarat police to produce them before the court on December 3.
The directions were issued by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Kaveri Baweja.
The court had earlier issued production warrant against Mohammed Saif, Zeeshan Ahmad, Mohammed Shakeel, Zia-ur-Rehman and Saquib Nissar for November 24 but the Gujarat police failed to produce the accused.
The five accused are in the custody of Ahmedabad police in connection with the blasts in Ahmedabad.
At least 25 people lost their lives and several others were injured in the September 13 serial blasts which rocked Connaught Place, Gaffar Market in Karol Bagh and N block market in Greater Kailash.
