Senators McCain, Lieberman, Graham to visit Bangladesh in early De

Dhaka, Nov 23 (UNI) US Senator and Republican Presidential candidate John McCain who lost to Democrat Barack Obama, is scheduled to visit Dhaka in early December as part of a broader regional trip.

Senator Joseph Lieberman and Senator Lindsey Graham will accompany Senator McCain, a US embassy release said today.

The Senators will meet with government officials, political party leaders and members of civil society to discuss bilateral issues.

All the three Senators are members of the Senate Armed Services Committee, with Sen McCain serving as the Ranking Member.
