PM recalls Guru Tegh Bahduar's sacrifice

New Delhi, Nov 23 (UNI) Remembering the martyrdom of the ninth Sikh guru Guru Tegh Bahadur, Prime Minsiter Manmohan Sinh today said the guru's life and teachings are eternal source of inspiration for the countrymen.

"The martyrdom day is an occassion to remember the lofty ideals of peace and harmony," the Prime Minister said in a message here.

He said Guru Tegh Bahadur was the embodiment of sacrifice and universal brotherhood.
