Joshi's election meeting cancelled

Satna, MP, Nov 23 (UNI) Senior BJP leader Murli Manohar Joshi could not address election meeting fixed at Jaitwar in Chitrakoot assembly segment in this district today.

Dr Joshi was heading to address an election meeting in Jaitwar on his helicopter but the pilot could not find helipad for the chopper to land. His meeting was eventually cancelled.

Meanwhile, BJP President Rajnath Singh addressed election meetings in Maihar and Amarpatan in this district after which he left for Rewa.

SP President Mulayam Singh Yadav's son and party MP Akhilesh Yadav addressed election meeting in Maihar assembly constituency to canvass votes for party candidate.
