HP Youth Congress vice president dies
Nahan, Nov 23 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh Youth Congress vice president Hemant Sharma, who was seriously injured in an accident yesterday, succumbed to his injuries late last night.
Hemant, 30, alongwith three other party workers, Ashish Sharma, Sangit Walia and Attikant, were going to attend a meeting at Sangrah when their car rolled down into a gorge at Dhanoi Bridge on Renku-Haripurdhar road near here.
Ashish was killed on the spot while Hemant succumbed to his injuries on the way to PGI Chandigarh. The other two party workers had been admitted to PGI Chandigarh.
