Bhopal, Nov 23 (UNI) Keeping an eye to regain power in Madhya Pradesh, the Congress star campaigners are busy attending election rallies in 230 constituencies for November 27 assembly elections.
One of the star campaigners and Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee President Suresh Pachouri does not left any stone unturned in order to ensure the victory of the party candidates.
Besides, Mr Pachouri, Union Industry and Commerce Minister Kamalnath, former state chief minister Digvijay Singh, Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, senior party leader Arjun Singh and his son Ajay Singh were addressing poll meetings in different constituencies to woo the voters.
By presenting the achievements of Congress-led Centre and failures of BJP state government, the leaders were appealing people to cast votes to help the party a successful come back. They did not forget mentioning the works done by Nehru-Gandhi family.
Gandhi family's close confidant Mr Pachouri have been accompanying Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi in his every public meeting.
Mr Kamalnath has been camping in Chhindwara though he addressed more than six poll meetings in a day across the state and fly back to his constituency in his aircraft.
He also pointed out failures of the rival parties by lauding the achievements of Congress in his unique way.
Following the same strategy, Mr Pachouri have also been addressing large number of public meetings after the second week of this month from his chopper. Mr Pachouri also said to have managed to pacify the dissidence that simmered in the party during distribution of party tickets and embarked on the campaign trail.
