Former minister passes away
Tikamgarh, MP, Nov 23 (UNI) Former home minister of erstwhile Vindhya Pradesh and Congress leader Pandit Lalaram Vajpayi passed away today at a medical college in Uttar Pradesh's Jhansi town.
He was 101.
He was survived by a son and three daughters.
The former freedom fighter and former Madhya Pradesh MLA was brought to the medical college yesterday for treatment where he breathed his last.
The last rites would be performed at his native Niwari village in this district today.
