Bollywood making inroads into Arunachal through ''Changngan''

Itanagar, Nov 23 (UNI) For the first time in Arunachal's history, professionals from Bollywood are making entry into the entertainment arena of the state, with production of the first Monpa film ''Changngan - a boy in you'', likely to be released by January.

Under the banner of KREMCO Productions, Mr Jambey Tashi is producing the film. Film Director Sonam Gechan Agola, with the lead refers from Tawang (Mon-Land), said the film would be promising.

With the cinematographer and other professionals from Mumbai Film Industry, the movie would be ready by January next year, sources informed.

KREMCO Productions has taken the initiative of exploring the talent of the locals and provide them the experience of working with Bollywood professionals.

An estimated budget of Rs 55 lakh is earmarked to cover the production of the entire film. This would be the first attempt by an Arunachalee to put the spotlight on the state and introduce it to the world of entertainment.
