2 teachers suspended for not joining poll duty

Bhopal, Nov 23 (UNI) Two teachers who declined to join the team of polling personnel, sent from Bhopal to Rewa, were suspended as they refused to accept the assignment order.

Polling parties for Rewa were sent from here by a special train today. Polling in Rewa is scheduled on November 27 along with other areas.

Assistant teacher Ambarish Pateria, polling official, and headmaster Rajendra Manware, presiding officer, were suspended for not accepting the duty order, state Election Office sources said here.
