Two militant hideouts busted in Poonch

Jammu, Nov 22 (UNI) Security forces have busted two militant hideouts and recovered a huge quantity of arms and ammunition in the Mendhar area of Poonch district, official sources today said.

Troops of 37 Rashtriya Rifles and police recovered one AK-47 rifle, four AK magazines, 92 rounds of AK ammunition and one transistor from a militant hideout at Gursai Patti in Mendhar yesterday, the sources said.

Meanwhile, army troops unearthed another hideout and recovered 91 rounds of pika ammunition and a radio set from Mendhar.
