Missing 9-yr-old boy found murdered in Surat
Surat, Nov 22 (UNI) A nine-year-old boy, who went missing while he was returning home from the school yesterday, was found murdered here today.
The body of Smit Kishor Guyani was recovered from Abarama Kathore road here this afternoon. The boy was apparently strangled to death with a nylon string, police said.
According to police, the family members of the child lodged a missing person complaint with Kapodara police station here last evening after they failed to trace him.
As there was no ransom call or any signs of sexual abuse on the body, police suspect personal enemity as the motive behind the murder.
