Madonna does middle finger routine as divorce from Guy Ritchie goes through
London, Nov 22 : Queen of pop Madonna was seen cavorting on stage and doing the middle finger routine at her Sticky and Sweet world tour, as her "quickie" divorce from Guy Ritchie went through.
Madge, 50, was seen laughing and dancing away in basque and fishnets with her dancers on November 21 at her gig in Philadelphia, and flicking her middle fingers at one point of time, reports the Sun. And as she pranced away on the stage, her marriage to Ritchie, 40, was formally coming to an end in a courtroom, with her sworn statement signed in Beverly Hills on November 4, stating the divorce was on the grounds of Ritchie's "continuing unreasonable behaviour".
Only journalists attended the case, listed as Ciccone M L v Ritchie G S at the High Court's Family Division in central London, and when District Judge Caroline Reid asked at 10 a.m. if there were any objections to the divorce, there were none.
The hearing ended within 54 seconds and the two were formally divorced.
