Absconding drug smuggler nabbed

Shimla, Nov 22 (UNI) A notorious drug smuggler, who had earlier absconded from the police custody, was today nabbed at Patiala in Punjab and brought to Solan to produce in a court.

Intrestingly, the drug smuggler, Ajmer Singh, who was earlier arrested with 10 kg opium at Kasuli, was nabbed by the three constables, Harish, Rajesh and Pawan who were suspended after the drug smuggler escaped from their custody at Regional Hospital Solan on October, 31.
