36 auxiliary polling stations set up in Ramban
Jammu, Nov 22 (UNI) As many as thirty-six auxiliary polling stations have been set up for two constituencies in Ramban district, which will go to the polls on December 17 in the sixth phase of Jammu and Kashmir assembly elections.
''As 1,200 voters exceeded in Ramban district, 36 auxiliary polling stations, including 17 in Ramban and 19 in Banihal constituencies, were created for smooth polling process,'' A D Shanas, District Election Officer, Ramban told UNI.
Mr Shanas however, said the new auxiliary polling stations would also be located in the same buildings having the main polling stations.
