Youth Congress calls for CBI probe into TN bus burning
Kannur, Nov 21 (UNI) Pradesh Youth Congress president T Siddiq today urged the state government to seek a CBI inquiry into the burning of a bus of the Tamil Nadu State Express Transport Corporation at Kalamassery, near Kochi, three years ago.
An inquiry would establish the terror link of various outfits in Kerala, he told a press conference.
He demanded a ban on religious organisations in the state including RSS, National Development Front (NDF) and People's Democratic Party (PDP). A majority of the arrested persons for links with terror groups were from the PDP.
The Youth Congress will organise a dawn-to-dusk fast at Kannur stadium corner tomorrow to protest against terrorism, militancy and communalism in Kerala.
