Rare snap of the Queen in flares up for grabs

London, Nov 21 : An unseen photo of the Queen wearing flares on a beach in the 70s is all set to go under the hammer at a London auction.

The rare picture shows the Royal smiling on a beach during what is believed to be a foreign tour in the 1970s.

And it is a private collector who is selling the never-before-seen picture at the Colchester auction next week.

"We don't know where or when it was taken," The Sun quoted Auctioneer James Grinter as saying.

An ex-footman's unique album also on sale at the auction is set to fetch 600 pounds.

The album pictures the Queen and Princess Margaret as children and a young Prince Philip looking like Prince William.
