Mumbai, Nov 21 (UNI) A man was arrested with 25 kg Ketamine Hydrochloride, worth Rs 25 lakh in the international market, by Air Intelligence unit of the Customs at Sahar International airport here.
The officials intercepted Mohammad Sharif, who was holding an Indian passport and had booked a flight to Kuala Lumpur via Singapore. The officials found the drug in his baggage, yesterday.
According to Customs officials, Sharif, who was arrested under Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1962 and Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act 1992, had admitted the crime.
