NIIT launches six new 'Job-Ready' courses

Mumbai, Nov 21 (UNI) NIIT, a leading Information Technology (IT) education and training institute, has introduced six new ''Job-Ready'' courses for graduates and final year students seeking a career in various IT related fields.

The new avant-garde Post Graduate Diploma programmes are designed for students, who want to be professional in Java, Net development, Web 2.0, Creative Publishing, Systems and Networking, Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing. The duration of these programmes will vary from 99 to 200 days.

Announcing launch of the courses today, NIIT Global Individual Learning Solutions president G Raghavan said, ''More than ever, these days, training needs to prepare youth for jobs. That is why NIIT has launched a suite of job-directed, short term courses in a bouquet of leading technologies.'' These programmes, ranging between Rs 25,000- Rs 40,000, will equip students with latest skills, project experience and key technologies, he added.
