Varanasi, Nov 21 (UNI) The medical and healthcare services at Sir Sunder Lal hospital of the Banaras Hindu University remained paralysed on the second day today, following an indefinite strike by junior doctors.
The out-patient department and the emergency services were the worst hit due to the strike and majority of the patients had already shifted to other hospitals.
