Congress releases chargesheet against BJP Govt
Jaipur, Nov 21 (UNI) The Congress today released a document against the BJP-led government in Rajasthan, charging it with failure in providing good governance, harming the constitutional institutions and democratic decorum and norms.
The 40-page chargesheet was released by the party state president C P Joshi at a press conference here.
The Opposition party stated in the document that Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje and her "coterie" did not bother for the people's concern and miseries and instead they worked to serve their own interests.
Mr Joshi said corruption was at its high during the present government's regime, and law and order was always dealt with a gross casual approach.
The government behaved in an ''insensitive'' manner during various agitations and sensitive situation and frequent police firing at such occasions was a testimony to that attitude.
On the development front, the government failed to even utilise the funds and allocations granted by the Centre under different schemes and programmes.
The party said it would expose the government's failures among masses during campaigning for December 4 Assembly polls and would seek votes to oust the ''incapable and Corrupt'' government.
