Three bisons beaten to death by angry villagers

Siliguri, Nov 20 (UNI) As many as three bisons were beaten to death by irate villagers at Palashbari under Banahat Police Station in Jalpaiguri district today.

The people got angry when the bisons went berserk, demolishing a hut and injuring two persons, one of them critically, after entering a village.

Three persons were arrested under Wildlife Protection Act, police said.
