Syndicate revised upward interest rate

Bangalore, Nov 20 (UNI) The public sector Syndicate Bank has once again increased its rates of interest on Short Term Deposits comes with effect from today.

In a press release the Bank stated that for domestic Term Deposits up to Rs 15.00 lakhs, interest rates for the period from 91 to 179 days has been increased from 6.00% to 7.00% and for deposits above Rs 15.00 lakhs the increased rate is 7.50%.

For deposits over 15.00 lakhs for the period from 180 days to less than one year, interest is increased to 8.75 per cent the release added.
