Boot-leggers, illicit brewers arrested in Kishanganj

Kishanganj, Nov 20(UNI) Over a dozen boot-leggers and illicit brewers were arrested when excise department sleuths raided several places in and around Bahadurganj in Kishanganj district of Bihar yesterday.

Official sources said here today that the raiding sleuths also seized huge quantum of illicit liquor and other manufacturing ingredients.

The boot-leggers and illicit brewers, were virtually ruling the roost in the countryside of the district, which often drew huge flak for the excise department officials, the sources added.
