BJP compromised with terrorism: Rahul
Harda, MP, Nov 20 (UNI) Holding BJP-led NDA responsible for upsurge of terrorism across country during its regime, Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi today alleged that NDA had compromised with terrorists by releasing notorious terrorists in exchange of Kandhar plane hijack hostages.
Addressing a public meeting here for the assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh, Mr Gandhi said that those who compromised with the terrorists did not have any right to level baseless allegations against political rivals on this issue.
Taking a dig at BJP for increasing atrocities on women and not developing basic amenities like power, roads and water during its regime, the Congress star campaigner said BJP did not fulfill its promises.
''Only Congress can do the development,'' claimed Mr Gandhi, appealing the public to vote Congress to power.
Party General Secretary V Narayansami, State Congress President Suresh Pachouri and Youth Congress President Ashok Tanwar were also present.
Mr Gandhi is scheduled to address three more poll meetings in the state today.
