A CPI(M) leader arrested

Tarakeshwar, Nov 20 (UNI) A CPI(M) leader along with his son was arrested from Salepur village under Tareshwar police station in Hoogly district today.

The leader with the help of his son and a neighbour allegedly murdered his aunt Gauribala Ghosh by hitting her with a bamboo stick, police said.

The murder was triggered due to a family fued over property, police added.
