PNB launches special savings campaign for students

Shimla, Nov 19 (UNI) In a unique move, Panjab National Bank has launched a special PAN India campaign for school students to inculcate banking and saving habits in them.

The bank is offering Zero balance Saving Funds Account for students aged 10 years and above, Bank Circle Office head S S Arora said in a release here.

He said that by opening the account, students become eligible for issuance of Demamnd Draft for all types of fees or examinations fee free of charges anywhere through vast network of inter connected branches of PNB and also free of cost ATM debit Card.

Students who are 18 years and above were also eligible for overdraft facility, he said.
