Future Axiom to spread to more cities

Mumbai, Nov 19 (UNI) Future Axiom, the fastest growing mobile distribution and Retail Company in India announced the launch of their brand -- One Mobile and expansion to more cities.

Unveiling the business strategy for One Mobile, the company also announced that they will further intensify their presence to reach more than 58 cities and will increase their current manpower by 400 per cent till December 2009 through FMAL (Future Mobiles&Accessories Limited, the communications retail arm of Future Group, a company release here said.

''Subsequent to our recently launched operations, we are on an aggressive growth path. We plan to serve pan-India and operate in more than 58 cities through 1,500 stores. Currently, we employ about 1,200 people and there are plans to double the managerial staff and increase the retail staff strength to 5,000 people by December 2009,'' Mr Ashy Sehgal, CEO, Future Axiom Telecom Limited said in the release.

Future Axiom recently began their pan-India operations. The 50:50 joint venture between India's retail giant, Future Group and Axiom Telecom, Middle East's mobile retail company, involves an initial investment of about USD 40 Million.
