FIR against Bajaj Hindustan's sugar mill in UP
Gonda, Nov 19 (UNI) A case was today registered against Bajaj Hindustan's sugar mill management in Kundrakhi village for encroaching upon the government's land here.
According to official sources, gram pradhan of Kundrakhi Rajendra Yadav had filed a complaint in the regard.
On finding the charge appropriate, police lodged an FIR against mill's general manager N Majoomdar, vice-chairman Devkrishna Balbant and manager S P Verma.
