Revision in NRE deposit interest rates: Andhra Bank

Hyderabad, Nov 19: Andhra Bank has announced the revision in rate of interest on Non-Resident (External) term deposits, with effect from Saturday, Nov 15.

Rate of interest on NRE term deposits has been increased from 4.17 per cent to 4.92 per cent for deposit period of one year to less than two years, while it would be 4.41 per cent for two years to less than three years as compared to present 3.66 per cent. For three years and above deposit period, the interest rate would be 4.89 per cent as against 4.14 per cent given earlier, a press release here said.
