24-member Punjab team for national fencing
Patiala, Nov 19 (UNI) A 24-member strong Punjab fencing contingent, comprising 12 boys and girls each, will represent Punjab in the 16th Junior national fencing championship slated for November 21 - 25 in Hyderabad.
This was stated here today by Arun Kumar Vij, secretary, Punjab Fencing Association, who is also the secretary-general of Fencing Association of India.
Six hundred fencers from as many as twentyfive States are likely to take part in the three events, Sabre, Foil and Epee during the championship.
