Youth alleges forced castration by eunuchs

Ambala, Nov 18 (UNI) Eunuchs allegedly castrated a young boy from village Sarangpur in the district who had approached them to get employment, police today said.

On the complaint of victim Balbir Singh, Police have registered a case under section 323, 326, 342 and 370 IPC against Shabnam, Poonam, and Sonia residents of Ambala besides Meena of Sadhaura and Nagina from Ludhiana.

Balbir alleged that the eunuchs served some numbing substance mixed with chapatti and forcibly amputated his private part, rendering him impotent permanently.

Though Balbir made the complaint two days back, the panchayat of village Sarangpur tody met the superintendent of Police Subhish Kabiraj and demanded strict action against the eunuchs.

However, the eunuchs, in a press release here denied the allegations claiming Balbir had joined their sect voluntarily.
