Pranab Mukherjee to visit Nepal from Nov 24-26
New Delhi, Nov 17 (UNI) The entire gamut of Indo-Nepalese relations will come up for a review during the official visit of External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee to the Himalayan Republic next week.
The External Affairs Minister, who will pay an official visit to Nepal from November 24-26, will have talks with his Nepalese counterpart Upendra Yadav on various bilateral, regional and international issues.
The visit is part of ongoing high-level bilateral interaction between the two countries.
''The visit will provide an opportunity to discuss the entire gamut of our extensive bilateral relationship with Nepal,'' the External Affairs Ministry said today while announcing the visit.
The visit, coming days after the country's Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' visited India for the Second BIMSTEC Summit, will provide another opportunity to the two countries for interaction at high levels.
India and Nepal last week agreed to give a major boost to cooperation in power sector by executing major hydro power projects.
