Niraj Ranjan Das is new DG CISF

New Delhi, Nov 17 (UNI) Mr Niraj Ranjan Das today took over as the new Director General of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF).

An IPS of the 1973 batch of the West Bengal cadre, Mr Das was until now Additional Director General (East Zone) in the CRPF.

A Delhi University postgraduate in Political Science, Mr Das has earlier worked in the CISF for 14 years.
