Head constable among 2 killed in road accidents in UP
Kanpur, Nov 17 (UNI) Two persons, including a police head constable and a woman, were killed and another police head constable injured in separate road accidents in Naubasta area here today.
According to police, two traffic police head constables were coming here from Etawah on a motorcycle, when another vehicle knocked them down at the highway. Kunwar Bahadur died on the spot, while another constable Atak Khan sustained severe injuries.
In another incident, a woman died on the spot when a tractor dashed against a scooter near Naubasta police station.
The woman was heading towards Etawah.
The bodies have been sent for post-mortem.
