16 Terror suspects to be produced in Hubli court tomorrow

Hubli, Nov 17 (UNI) The Police investigating team will produce 16 suspected terrorists under trail in Belgaum and Bellary jails before Hubli Court tomorrow following the order from the District and Sessions Judge.

Police sources said today that during the last hearing the police had produced only nine accused out of 16 for security reasons. But the Judge had directed the investigating team to produce all of them on 18th of this month.

It may be recalled that these accused were arrested by the police in Honnali of Davangere district, Hubli and Indore in Madhya Pradesh for their suspected terror related activities.

Adnan, Mohammad, Asif, Asadulla, Nagori, Riyajuddin, Shakil Male, Ala Bhaksh Yadvad, Yahya Khan Shibli, Dr. Mirja Beig, Kamruddin and others will be produced before the court tomorrow, police said.
