Pirated CDs worth Rs 15 lakh seized, two arrested
Patna, Nov 16 (UNI) Pirated CDs worth Rs 15 lakh were seized from Shahaganj locality under Sultanganj police station here late last night, police said today.
Superintendent of Police Amit Kumar said acting on a tip-off, a raid was conducted at two places in Shahagnj locality leading to the arrest of Mohammad Shamshad and Yusuf, who were involved in the business of making pornographic CDs.
''The pirated CDs worth Rs 15 lakh were recovered during the search operation,'' police said, adding, the mastermind behind the racket, however, managed to escape from the spot.
